Returning Students Housing Application

All returning students who have previously applied to live in the FTC Residence Halls but desire to reside on campus again for the upcoming semester must complete this Application and submit a $150 housing deposit payable to “Five Towns College” either by bringing it to the Business Office or mailing it to the Office of the Bursar, Five Towns College, 305 N. Service Rd., Dix Hills, NY 11746. This is necessary to secure a room on campus.
